TEAM NEWS
The Gills will secure their Sky Bet League One status with a win on Saturday, provided relegation-threatened Swindon Town and Port Vale lose against Scunthorpe United and Bolton Wanderers respectively.

Head coach Ady Pennock was content with the three points picked up over the club's two Easter fixtures, but wants his team to focus on themselves as opposed to getting other sides to do them favours.

“The results have been kind to us, but we can’t keep relying on other people," said Pennock. "It's a big game against Fleetwood. We’ve got to beat them then we’ll be sitting much better than we are today. We’ve got to stay in this division and we’re still in a very good position to do that. Last Friday was a massive result for us [beating Bristol Rovers 3-1].”

Aaron Morris, Scott Wagstaff and Bradley Garmston remain the only long-term absentees for the Gills.

THE OPPOSITION
Uwe Rosler's team can still gain automatic promotion to the Championship and currently sit third in the Sky Bet League One table. They go into Saturday's game just two points behind Bolton Wanderers.

Town have lost just three games since November and come into the MEMS Priestfield Stadium clash on the back of impressive victories against Peterborough United and Millwall.

Rosler has thanked his team's fans for their continued support and praised the efforts of the whole squad as they try and gain promotion to England's second tier for the first time.

“I think our fans see what the players are doing," said Rosler. "They see that we are not individually the best team in the league but collectively we are very, very good.

“Individually we do have good players but everybody is buying into this team effort and team culture, and I think our supporters are seeing that.

“Nothing is better for supporters than to watch your team and see 13 or 14 players fighting for each other and giving everything for the club."

LAST TIME WE MET
The Cod Army ran out 2-1 winners when the sides met at Highbury in October. David Ball opened the scoring in the 19th minute to put the hosts ahead, but Jake Hessenthaler scored a goal of the season contender to get the Gills back in the game shortly after half-time. However, Town secured three points thanks to a stunning Ashley Hunter strike with eight minutes remaining.

The teams have met only seven times in total, with the Gills winning one, drawing two and losing four.
