TEAM NEWS
Joe Quigley is unavailable for Saturday's game after being called up to the Republic of Ireland's Under-21 squad for their UEFA Under-21s qualifying round fixture with Kosovo.

Head coach Ady Pennock also confirmed that Chris Herd, Bradley Garmston and Aaron Morris will definitely miss the game, however Deji Oshilaja, Ryan Jackson and Harry Cornick could all feature after missing the defeat at Rochdale due to injury.

Defender Zesh Rehman will miss the Posh clash after being sent off on Saturday, however Josh Wright will be available for selection after serving his two-game ban for picking up his tenth yellow card against Scunthorpe earlier in the month.

The Gills could rise three places up to fifteenth in the League One table with a win over Peterborough on Saturday.

THE OPPOSITION
Grant McCan's Peterborough have won just once in eight Sky Bet League One fixtures and come into the Gills match on the back of two draws against relegation-threatened opposition.

With seven games remaining, the Posh are eight points off the play-offs and 11 clear of relegation. McCann still believes there is a chance of his side finishing in the top six, but knows his team must first overcome Gillingham at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium.

“I want to see us create chances and score goals, It’s what this team should be about," said McCann. "I also want to see us start better. We’ve been conceding the first goal far too often lately. We have a good record of winning games after we have scored the first goal.”

Defender Ryan Tafazolli and Paul Taylor are both doubts for the visitors on Saturday and may miss the game due to hamstring problems.

LAST TIME WE MET
The Gills took a point from the Boxing Day clash right at the death thanks to Bournemouth loanee Baily Cargill's 92nd-minute volley, after Lee Angol had put the Posh ahead.

The teams have met 45 times in total, with the Gills winning 13, drawing 19 and losing 13.

FANCY A FLUTTER?
