GOALCAM: BRISTOL ROVERS/WALSALL

19 October 2016

Watch the Gills' latest goals from our exclusive angle

Two games and two goals for the Gills in the space of four days, and you can watch them both from our exclusive GoalCam angle behind the netting.

BRISTOL ROVERS 2-1 GILLINGHAM (WRIGHT, 62)
Right place, right time. Captain Josh Wright popped up at the back-post to open the scoring in the away fixture at Bristol Rovers on Saturday. Ryan Jackson's trademark long-throw ended up at Wright's feet, after the midfielder had peeled off and was left unmarked, and Wright made no mistake in slotting home in front of the travelling fans.

GILLINGHAM 1-1 WALSALL (MCDONALD, 25)
Cody McDonald scored his fourth goal of the season against Walsall on Tuesday night, rising highest to head the ball into the back of the net after great build-up play from Scott Wagstaff. The summer signing looked as though he could have shot, but instead showed composure to hold the ball up to the back-post, putting it on a plate for the Gills' number 10.
