GIRLS COfE TRIALS

There is still time to register for our Girls Centre of Excellence Open Trials!

Join us at our 2015-16 trials as Gillingham FC’s Girls Centre of Excellence look for aspiring players this June to become part of our current squads, U9s through to U17s, with the opportunity to progress on to the International Stage.

Our Centre offers a full fixture programme throughout the season against Centre’s across the South-East. We offer a superb team of FA qualified coaches, sports therapists and support staff to help develop all aspects of your game.

PHASE ONE - OPEN TRIALS 2015
SATURDAY 20th JUNE 2015
U9s, U11s and U13s 1:30pm to 3:00pm
U15s and U17s 3:15pm to 4:45pm
 
Phase One is an Open Trial for any girls who currently play at a good standard, but are NOT at a Centre of Excellence. Successful Girls will be invited back to attend our Phase Two - Invite Only Trials.
 
PHASE TWO - INVITE ONLY TRIALS 2015
SATURDAY 27th JUNE 2015
U9s, U11s and U13s 10:30am to 12:00pm
U15s and U17s 1:00pm to 2:30pm
 
Phase Two is an Invite Only trial for girls who are either currently at a Centre of Excellence or have been invited to attend, including girls who are successful during Phase One. 

Trials will take place at:
THE ABBEY SCHOOL
London Road
Faversham
Kent. ME13 8RZ

Registration forms must be received by the below dates:

No later than Thursday 18th June 2015 for Phase One
No later than Thursday 25th June 2015 for Phase Two
Please note all applications are subject to the award of an FA Centre of Excellence Licence for season 2015/2016

* Age Range (please note our squads are segregated by year of birth and not by school year).

U9s – 2007 & 2008
U11s – 2005 & 2006
U13s – 2003 & 2004
U15s – 2001 & 2002
U17s – 1999 & 2000

Our U9 Development squad train once a week and take part in small sided festivals during the season. While with the Development Squad, our U9 players may remain registered to a grassroots club where they can continue to train and play.

Our Centre of Excellence squads, U11s to U17s train twice a week and play a full fixture programme against Arsenal, Brighton, Chelsea and Millwall Centres of Excellence, amongst others.

Girls who are registered with our older four age groups are not permitted to be registered, train or play for any other club.
