Folkestone Invicta will welcome the Gills in a pre-season friendly in early July
The Gills have added a third pre-season friendly to their schedule ahead of the 2015/16 Sky Bet League One season.
Justin Edinburgh’s side will travel to the Fullicks Stadium on Tuesday July 7 (7.45) to take on Folkestone Invicta, adding to the two matches already confirmed against Tonbridge Angels and Brighton.
Gillingham played Folkestone in July 2014, winning the game 3-1 thanks to goals from Brennan Dickenson, Danny Kedwell and Doug Loft.
Folkestone, under the management of Neil Cugley, finished second in the Ryman South last season.
This game will be a testimonial for Frankie Chappell who joined the club as an 18-year-old and is close to racking up 400 appearances for the first team.
