TEAM NEWS - GILLINGHAM

Gillingham have no fresh injuries after Tuesday night's home defeat to Tranmere and will be hoping to welcome back striker Rene Howe who missed the last two outings with a dead leg. Centre-half Garry Richards could also be in contention after recovering from a bout of conjunctivitis.

Winger Tristan Plummer has returned to Bristol City for treatment to a twisted ankle and is unlikely to return this week. Striker Jacob Erskine is also a doubt with an ankle injury while Luis Cumbers has joined Dover on a month's loan.

CURRENT FORM:

Tuesday night's 0-1 home loss to Tranmere means the Gills drop into the relegation zone for the first time this season thought only one goal separates them from Oldham Athletic in 20th place. Mark Stimson's men have only gained three points away from home this season but a win could give them valuable breathing space at the foot of the table. A Simeon Jackson penalty was enough to secure the points for Gillingham with a 1-0 win at Priestfield when the two sides met in November.

SQUAD FROM:

Alan Julian, Simon Royce, Barry Fuller, John Nutter, Josh Gowling, Tom Wynter, Garry Richards, Darren Dennehy, Kevin Maher, Jack Payne, Mark Bentley, Curtis Weston, Stuart Lewis, Danny Jackman, Adam Miller, Rashid Yussuff, Chris Palmer, Simeon Jackson, James Walker, Andy Barcham, Luke Rooney, Dennis Oli, Mark McCammon, Rene Howe.

TEAM NEWS - YEOVIL

Yeovil's only confirmed absentee is central midfielder Jean Paul Kalala, who will miss the visit of Gillingham as he serves the second of a two-game suspension for collecting ten bookings in the campaign so far. Ironically Kalala was red-carded in the reverse tie at Priestfield for a reckless challenge on Kevin Maher.

CURRENT FORM:

Saturday's 4-1 thrashing of Wycombe Wanderers at Adams Park leaves the Glovers 14th in League One with a comfortable five point cushion keeping them above the sides in the relegation zone. They have a decent home record in 2009/10 with six wins, five draws and only three defeats, Huddersfield (0-1), Walsall (1-3) and Swindon (0-1) are the only teams to take three points from Huish Park this season.

SQUAD FROM:

Alex McCarthy, Craig Alcock, Nathan Jones, Stefan Stam, Steven Caulker, Terrell Forbes, Kieran Murtagh, Sam Williams, Gavin Tomlin, Andy Welsh, Ryan Mason, Dean Bowditch, Scott Murray, Aidan Downes, Owain Tudur-Jones, Danny Hutchins, Terry Skiverton, Shaun MacDonald, Jonathan Obika, Nathan Smith, Chris Cheetham, Andre McCollin, Ben Roberts, Dylan Lee.
