TEAM NEWS - GILLINGHAM
Mark Stimson has a rare selection headache ahead of Saturday's clash with Bristol Rovers, fans' favourite Chris Dickson arrived at the club on a three month loan deal this week and will compete for a striking role with James Walker, Dennis Oli and Simeon Jackson.
Fellow forward Rene Howe could also be in contention as he continues his recovery from a dead leg. Defender Simon King is set to see a specialist again next week with a view to stepping up his mobility work but remains some way off a return to action.
CURRENT FORM:
Last Saturday's battling 0-0 draw at Yeovil, lifted the Gills out of the relegation zone at the first attempt and Mark Stimson's side will be hoping to climb the table with a home win against Bristol Rovers. Despite boasting one of the tightest home records in League One, Gillingham have still to win a home game at krbs Priestfield in 2010.
SQUAD FROM:
Alan Julian, Simon Royce, Barry Fuller, John Nutter, Josh Gowling, Tom Wynter, Garry Richards, Darren Dennehy, Kevin Maher, Jack Payne, Mark Bentley, Curtis Weston, Stuart Lewis, Danny Jackman, Adam Miller, Rashid Yussuff, Chris Palmer, Simeon Jackson, Chris Dickson, James Walker, Andy Barcham, Luke Rooney, Dennis Oli, Mark McCammon, Rene Howe.
TEAM NEWS - BRISTOL ROVERS
Defender Carl Regan is a doubt for Rovers after missing Monday night's 2-1 victory over Charlton with a dead leg. Striker Jo Kuffour and midfielder Chris Lines both picked up gashes in a volatile match against the Addicks and may also struggle to make the trip to krbs Priestfield.
CURRENT FORM:
Monday's night's impressive defeat of Charlton ends an awkward run that saw the Gas take just one point from their last four outings, including home defeats to Walsall and Wycombe, plus a 5-0 thrashing by Leyton Orient. Paul Trollope's team sit ninth in League One, ten points behind Millwall in the final play-off place and needing points to reignite their flagging promotion challenge.
