Brentford
Outgoing: Boss Andy Scott released nine players from his championship-winning squad at the end of last season, Adam Newton, John Halls, Glenn Poole, Gary Smith, Brett Johnson, Seb Brown, Craig Pead, Darren Powell and Craig Dobson.
Incoming: Strikers Ben Strevens and Sam Saunders, along with defender Danny Foster have all joined the club from London rivals Dagenham and Redbridge while the club have also signed out-of-contract Notts County winger Myles Weston.
News: Midfielder David Hunt has agreed a new two-year contract with the Bees while central defender Mark Phillips has signed a new one-year contract.
Brighton & Hove Albion
Outgoing: Brighton released 14 players - Kerry Mayo, Doug Loft, Tommy Fraser, Adam Hinshelwood, John Sullivan, Jake Robinson, Chris Birchall, Seb Carole, Jason Jarrett plus youngsters Sam Gargan, Kane Louis, Andy Pearson, Dan Royce and Kane Wills.
Incoming: Milton Keynes Dons winger Mark Wright has agreed to join on a two-year deal while the club have also completed the double signing of Stockport midfielder Gary Dicker and defender James Tunnicliffe. Former Gillingham captain Andrew Crofts has signed for the Seagulls on a two-year deal while another new arrival is 26-year-old former Motherwell goalkeeper Graeme Smith for two years on a free transfer.
News: Brighton chairman Dick Knight stepped down after 12 years making way for multi-millionaire Tony Bloom, who is funding the majority of the cost of their new stadium at Falmer.
Despite offering a new deal to Cheltenham striker Lloyd Owusu, who finished last season on loan at the Withdean, he signed a two-year deal with Adelaide United but fellow forward Gary Hart has signed a new one-year contract.
Tony Godden has been confirmed as the permanent goalkeeping coach.
Bristol Rovers
Outgoing: Coach Paul Trollope released Craig Disley, Craig Hinton, Ryan Green, and Joe Jacobson, who were all out-of-contract, while strikers Lewis Haldane, Sean Rigg and Andy Williams were put on the transfer list.
Incoming: Defender Carl Regan turned down a new contract offered him at MK Dons to sign a two-year deal.
News: Rovers raised £96,000 after a raffle (at £1,000-a-ticket) determined their shirt sponsors for next season.
Rovers boosted their scouting network by bringing in former player John Anderson who will track potential targets in the north joining former Pirate Giuliano Grazioli who has agreed to look at players in London and the south-east.
The club have also appointed former Oxford United boss Darren Patterson as their new head of youth.
Carlisle United
Outgoing: Six first-team players, Danny Carlton, Chris Howarth, Luke Joyce, Chris Lumsdon, Lewis Neal and Jeff Smith were all released following their disappointing season in League One. Striker Danny Graham has joined Championship side Watford, a fee will be set by tribunal.
Incoming: United have signed winger Matty Robson from League One rivals Hartlepool United, he has agreed a two-year deal with the Cumbrians after rejecting a new contract at Victoria Park.
News: Former Republic of Ireland left-back Ian Harte has signed a new two-year contract with the club, goalkeeper Adam Collin has agreed a two-year contract while defender David Raven is set to sign a new one-year deal.
But it's not all good news, winger Cleveland Taylor has handed in a transfer request, citing personal reasons while another departee from could be goalkeeper Ben Williams as the club are understood to have accepted an undisclosed bid from Colchester.
Charlton Athletic
Outgoing: Darren Ambrose has signed for Crystal Palace while centre-half Mark Hudson has moved to Cardiff City in a reported £1m deal.
Incoming: Spanish centre-back Miguel Angel Llera became Addicks boss Phil Parkinson's first signing of the close season from MK Dons on a free transfer.

Colchester United
Outgoing: Winger Mark Yeates completed a move to Middlesbrough for an undisclosed fee and Bristol City have signed keeper Dean Gerken on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Incoming: Blackpool midfielder David Fox was the first summer signing, the former Manchester United trainee has agreed a three-year contract.
United have also secured winger Ashley Vincent from Cheltenham on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee, defender Lee Beevers on a free transfer from League Two Lincoln City while defender Magnus Okuonghae has left Dagenham and Redbridge and signed a two-year contract at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
News: The Weston Homes Community Stadium - home of the town's football club - has won an award from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It was named this year's overall winner in the RICS East of England Awards.
Goalkeeper Mark Cousins, 22, has signed a new two-year contract while Carlisle United have accepted an undisclosed bid from Colchester for goalkeeper Ben Williams - talks are ongoing.
Colchester have appointed former Ipswich Town defender Tony Humes as head of youth.
Exeter City
Outgoing: Five players were released - Steve Basham, Jack Obersteller, Nick Jordan, Ronnie Bull and Fred Murray all left St James Park after their contracts expired. Meanwhile midfielder Dean Moxey has joined Derby County on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Incoming: Midfielder Scott Golbourne (Reading) and striker Barry Corr (Swindon) have joined the Grecians.
News: Striker Marcus Stewart has agreed a new one-year deal.
City appointed Andy Tillson as their first-team coach for the forthcoming season to work alongside manager Paul Tisdale.
Wales international right-back Richard Duffy, 23, is on trial at St James' Park following his summer release from Millwall.
Hartlepool United
Outgoing: United released five players after their contracts expired, they are Arran Lee-Barratt, Jan Budtz, Jamie McCunnie, Joe Tait and Martin Young. Winger Matty Robson has joined League One rivals Carlisle United.
Incoming: Hartlepool have signed goalkeeper Scott Flinders (Crystal Palace), Stockport winger Leon McSweeney, striker Adam Boyd from Leyton Orient, Darlington defender Neil Austin as well as former Sunderland defender Peter Hartley following his release from the Premier League club.
News: Winger Andy Monkhouse and striker Michael Mackay have signed new contracts at Victoria Park.
Former Manchester United and Middlesbrough keeper Gary Walsh is the new goalkeeping coach.
Huddersfield Town
Outgoing: Town released five of their eight out-of-contract players, with Danny Broadbent, Dan Codman, Malvin Kamara, Dominik Werling and Jon Worthington all leaving but defender Andy Holdsworth made it six after he failed to reach an agreement on a new deal.
Danny Cadamarteri had already rejected a new deal and joined Scottish Premier side Dundee United while fellow striker and
club legend Andy Booth retired.
Incoming: Town have been busy in the transfer market. Midfielder Antony Kay (Tranmere Rovers), central defender Peter Clarke (Southend United), fellow defender Lee Peltier from Yeovil and strikers Robbie Simpson (Coventry City) and Theo Robinson (Watford) have all arrived at the Galpharm.

Leeds United
Outgoing: United released ex-Gills midfielder Jonathan Douglas and goalkeeper David Lucas who has joined Swindon.
Incoming: Northampton Town right-back Jason Crowe has joined Leeds after turning down a new contract with the Cobblers while they have also signed former Cheltenham and Wolves goalkeeper Shane Higgs on a one-year deal.
News: Striker Jermaine Beckford has been put on the transfer list after rejecting a new three-year contract at Elland Road.
United could be without captain Richard Naylor for the start of the season after having a back operation. The 32-year-old defender is certainly expected to miss all of the club's friendly matches. United are said to be in talks with Northern Ireland international Warren Feeney, who started out as a trainee at Elland Road in 1998
Leyton Orient
Outgoing: O's manager Geraint Williams released eight of his out-of-contract players with Danny Granville, Bradley Gray, Wayne Gray, Aiden Palmer, Brian Saah, Solomon Shields, Paul Terry and Alton Thelwell all departing. Striker Adam Boyd has re-joined Hartlepool United.
Incoming: Centre-half Ben Chorley (Tranmere Rovers) plus strikers Scott McGleish (Wycombe Wanderers) and Adrian Patulea (Lincoln City) have all moved to Brisbane Road.
News: Midfielder Sean Thornton signed a new one-year contract with the club.
Millwall
Outgoing: Lions manager Kenny Jackett started his preparations for another season in League One by releasing 10 players -
Gary Bowes, Ahmet Brkovic, Richard Duffy, Darren Ebsworth, Adrian Forbes, Lenny Pidgeley, Danny Senda, Danny Spiller, Lyle Taylor and Laurie Walker were not retained.
Incoming: Goalkeeper John Sullivan has arrived from Brighton while Stevenage skipper Steve Morison was signed for a fee believed to be around £130,000.
News: Millwall boss Kenny Jackett has signed a new three-year contract while Andy Frampton, Gary Alexander, Neil Harris, Scott Barron and Alan Dunne have also signed new deals.
Milton Keynes Dons
Outgoing: The club released six players following their League One play-off defeat by Scunthorpe, they were Nathan Abbey, Flavien Belson, Tore Andre Flo, Ali Gerba, Jemal Johnson and Alan Navarro.
Four others had contract talks but only Danny Swailes signed a new deal, Miguel Angel Llera (Charlton), Carl Regan (Bristol Rovers) and Mark Wright (Brighton) all departed.
Incoming: Crewe Alexandra full-back Danny Woodards arrived on a free transfer before Walsall striker Jabo Ibehre became their second summer signing on a two-year deal. These were followed by Wycombe captain David McCracken who agreed a two-year deal.
News: Ex Gills youngster Luke Howell has penned a new one-year deal.
Boss Roberto Di Matteo left to take over the manager's position at W.B.A. and former boss Paul Ince has returned after agreeing a two-year deal.
Norwich City
Outgoing: Striker Carl Cort and City's player of the season Lee Croft (Derby County) both left the club after having their contracts terminated by mutual consent.
Another to depart was Scottish keeper David Marshall who has signed for Cardiff City.
Incoming: City have signed Matthew Gill on a free transfer from Exeter City, Welsh international Owain Tudur Jones has signed a three-year deal to join from Swansea City and Hartlepool defender Michael Nelson has signed a two-year contract after joining on a Bosman free transfer.
News: Bryan Gunn was appointed permanent manager of the Canaries following his caretaker role last season.
City have appointed David McNally as the League One club's new chief executive while they have also named businessman Alan Bowkett as their new chairman.
Norwich City have agreed a deal with insurance firm Aviva to extend their sponsorship deal for a further year.
Oldham Athletic
Outgoing: New Oldham manager Dave Penney released five players, Mark Crossley, top goalscorer Lee Hughes, JP Kalala, Andy Liddell and Kevin Maher, who has of course joined the Gills.
Midfielder Mark Allott has moved to Tranmere and Dutch defender Stefan Stam left for Yeovil Town.
Incoming: There have been plenty of arrivals at Boundary Park under new boss Penney. Bristol Rovers defender Joe Jacobson, Darlington duo striker Pawel Abbott and midfielder Rob Purdie, defender Jon Worthington (Huddersfield Town), midfielder Dean Furman (Rangers) and ex Gillingham loanee keeper Dean Brill have joined the Latics.

Southampton
Outgoing: Winger Nathan Dyer completed a permanent move to Swansea City for a fee of £400,000. Striker David McGoldrick has joined Nottingham Forest for an undisclosed fee. Rumours of a summer move for England Under-21 international Andrew Surman came true when Wolves have completed his signing for a fee thought be about £1.2m.
Surman, who can play in midfield or at left-back, has signed a three-year deal with the option of a further 12 months.
Incoming: Southampton are unable to make any new signings until the financially-stricken club are sold to new owners by Mark Fry, administrator of parent company Southampton Leisure Holdings plc.
News: The takeover by the Matt Le Tissier led Pinnacle Group failed to happen but other parties are still believed to be interested.
Former Reading captain Graeme Murty, Nigerian striker Ode Thompson and out-of-contract striker Stern John are all training with the Saints.
Southend United
Outgoing: Manager Steve Tilson trimmed his squad by releasing seven reserve and youth-team players, they were Davis Abbey, Charles Ademeno, Jamie Forshaw, Dan Harvey, Rhys Henry, Peggy Lokando and Luke Thurlbourne. Central defender Peter Clarke has joined Huddersfield Town.

Stockport County
Outgoing: Stockport duo, midfielder Gary Dicker and defender James Tunnicliffe, have both signed for Brighton.

News: The administrators have agreed a deal to sell the club to a consortium fronted by former Leicester and Manchester City player Jim Melrose.
Swindon Town
Outgoing: Manager Danny Wilson has begun his rebuilding of the Robins by showing 13 of his squad the door. Out go Chris Allen, Peter Brezovan, Barry Corr, Tom Evans, Jake Hyde, Ben Joyce, Sam Morris, Lilian Nalis, Michael Pook, Hamdi Razak, Jack Smith, Blair Sturrock and Jamie Vincent.
Incoming: Town have agreed a two-year deal with centre-back Gordon Greer following his release by Doncaster. Town have also signed goalkeeper David Lucas from Leeds United on a two-year contract, he moves to the County Ground on a free transfer after two seasons at Elland Road.
News: Having turned down two bids for top scorer Simon Cox earlier in the summer, Leicester City and Celtic are believed to have been the clubs interested, it looks as if the striker could be on his way after all, West Bromwich Albion have had an offer for Swindon striker Simon Cox accepted .
Boss Wilson has drafted in Peter Shirtliff to join the club as his assistant manager while ex-Gillingham winger Dave Byrne, Town's former caretaker boss, is the club's new head of player development.
Hibernian winger Alan O'Brien could be the Robins third signing of the summer.
Tranmere Rovers
Outgoing: Tranmere released four players, they were Edrissa Sonko, Adnan Ahmed, Luke Waterfall and Danny Holmes. Captain Anthony Kay also left the club for Huddersfield Town.
Incoming: Rovers first signing of the summer was midfielder Mark Allott from Oldham Athletic on a two-year contract.
News: Tranmere harshly sacked manager Ronnie Moore after the club's failure to reach the League One play-offs with the club confirming ex-England winger John Barnes as their new manager and formerLiverpool team-mate Jason McAteer named as his assistant.
Walsall
Outgoing: Three of Walsall's most experienced players - Michael Ricketts, Stephen Hughes and Paul Boertien left the Banks's Stadium along with youngster Hassan Bacchus,they were all out of contract and weren't offered new deals. Meanwhile MK Dons have signed Walsall striker Jabo Ibehre and centre-back Anthony Gerrard has joined Cardiff City.

Outgoing: Wycombe's end of season clear-out saw nine players, who were out of contract, released. These included first-team players Leon Crooks, Scott McGleish, Robbie Rice and Magno Vieira.

Incoming: Defender Danny Hutchins has signed a two-year deal with the club having been released by Tottenham Hotspur.
Town have signed former Bristol City midfielder Scott Murray on a one-year deal and ex-Oldham defender Stefan Stam on a two-year deal.
News: Town manager Terry Skiverton has made changes to his backroom staff during the summer. Following the departures of physio Wayne Jones and Hannah Manton he appointed a new goalkeeping coach and club physio.
Former Middlesbrough and Brighton keeper Ben Roberts joins the staff, he will also act as chief scout while former reserve player Simon Baker, who works at Yeovil General Hospital, is the new physiotherapist.
Peterborough United striker Rene Howe is believed to be on the radar of boss Skiverton.
