Striker Stefan Payne has signed for Aldershot Town after leaving Gillingham.
The 20-year-old, who was out of contract in the summer, has had his deal at MEMS Priestfield cancelled by mutual consent.
Payne joined the Gills in the summer of 2010, and made what proved to be his only league start for the club on the opening day of that season.
He spent time on loan at Braintree Town last season, but has failed to win a regular spot so far this season.
In total, Payne made 37 appearances for the Gills - including three starts - and scored twice, in the 6-1 win over Hereford and in the 3-2 FA Cup replay win over AFC Bournemouth.
Payne has now signed for the Shots on a deal until the end of the season.
