Gillingham Football Club now have launched a brand new online ticketing site brought to you by our new ticketing system IRIS.
You can book your Home and Away Match Tickets, and also your Season Tickets. You also now have the ability to pick where you want to sit in the stand, and to register friends and family under your account.

Purchasing Tickets Online - Getting Started
Current Customers and/or Season Ticket Holders
In order to proceed you need to log in.
If you already know your customer number or client ref please read the following:
1. Enter your customer number (client ref) in the first cell at the top of the screen
2. Enter your postcode in upper case and without spaces into the "Password" cell.
Once logged in you'll be able to create your own specific, secure password for future visits.
Please note that your password will be case sensitive.

Brand New Customers
If you are a brand new customer all you have to do is click on Register at the top of the screen (underneath Password) in order to proceed.
You will then have to enter your information. The fields marked by an asterix (*) require completing before you can proceed.
In order to complete the address fields quickly, click on find address, and follow the prompts.
How To Purchase Tickets
Once logged in, Select Home Games and then the game you wish to purchase tickets for.
You have two options to select your seats either
1. Choose your own seat(s) - this option will load a live seating plan and allow you to select your exact area and seating location as well as giving an indication of the view from your seat. Please note to access the live seating plan you may need to download the latest version of flash player from here.
2. Best Available - simply choose your stand and preferred area and we will choose the best available seats
Once your seats are chosen, this will take you to the shopping basket and from here you will be able to indicate any concessions that are being purchased.
When complete you will proceed to the checkout where you will need to enter your payment card details - please note we do not accept American Express - please do not press back or refresh during this process.
When your sale is complete the confirmation page will be displayed and an email sent to you confirming your purchase and the ticket delivery/collection process - please keep this for your records.
