Left-back Tom Wynter is a recent graduate from Gillingham's thriving youth academy.   Tom joined the Gills youth system at Under-15 level and his consistent performances earned him a professional contract for the 2008/09 season.  Wynter has yet to make his first team debut but will be hoping to force his way in to the squad this season.
