Introducing L.F.E.

League Football Education (LFE) is a partnership between The Football League and The Professional Footballers' Association which was set up to manage the apprenticeship programme.

At Gillingham FC, LFE manages the education programme for first and second year apprentices through the ASE scheme or Apprentice in Sporting Excellence, to give the programme it's full name.

The scheme enables all apprentices, through a combination of workbased learning, experience and technical education, to achieve NVQ and BTEC qualifications.
