Speaking to the club’s official website he said:

“At the start of this week I found out, there was some previous interest but I wasn’t then given the green light to go on loan.

“Now I have so I’m happy to be here. I want to play as many games as I can and hopefully that will help me to improve.

“He wished me good luck – get some goals and play well.

Joe outlined what sort of forward he is and what Manager Peter Taylor has said to him on arrival.

“He [Peter] said there will be opportunities and hopefully I can take them, I’m really looking forward to Saturday.”
