A new ticketing system is being installed ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.
Gillingham Football Club is having a new ticketing system installed and implemented ahead of the new season.
Staff behind the scenes at MEMS Priestfield Stadium are currently being trained on a new platform, courtesy of SecuTix, who are also working on a new website design and installing various software which will ultimately provide a better user experience for supporters.
This is likely to take at least another couple of weeks, with a significant amount of data still needed to be migrated from one provider to another, however the Chairman, within his letter to fans earlier in the week, is confident the site will be up and running before our first pre-season fixture.
For the 2021/22 season, we will be going fully digital, and cashless. As a result, supporters will have etickets in which to gain access to the ground (via mobile phone, or print at home options).
Season ticket prices will be published nearer the end of June, and an on-sale date will be made public once the platform is ready to process transactions.
Although we would encourage fans to purchase online, staff will be on hand via telephone to sell (admin fees apply).
We kindly ask supporters to remain patient as the new system continues to be installed. Further communication will follow.
