Ticketing staff at MEMS Priestfield Stadium are completing the processing of two-year season tickets on Friday.
We would like to inform all supporters who purchased a two-year season ticket in 2020 that the final processing of tickets on our new system will be carried out on Friday July 23.
By default, these supporters will be assigned season ticket cards. However, if you would prefer to have an e-ticket, you will need to email enquiries@priestfield.com, placing "two year ticket" in the subject heading. Once we have made this change, we will contact you by email or phone.
We would kindly ask that you do not call the office as lines are still experiencing very high traffic. We are working very hard to deal with incoming calls, call back requests and emails.
Due to the large number of calls we are receiving, considering the deadline for reserving current seats is 5pm on July 23, we have extended that deadline until 5pm on Friday July 30.
The club's ticket office will be open on Saturday July 24 between 10am and 1pm. However, this will only be to accommodate supporters who are struggling to complete applications online, or want to adjust their customer information.
