Gillingham Football Club are going to be holding Open Evenings for our Development Centre’s in Ashford, Dartford, Maidstone and Sittingbourne.
October from 5 – 6pm.thPitchside, Stanhope Road hosts our Ashford Development Centre, we will be inviting boys at U6, U7 and U8 to come along on Wednesday 24
October from 6 – 7pm.thDartford Football Club hosts our Dartford Development Centre and we will be inviting boys at U7 and U8s to come along on Monday 15
October from 6 – 7pm.thThe YMCA in Maidstone hosts the Maidstone Development Centre, and we will be inviting boys at U6, U7 and U8 to come along on Wednesday 24
October from 5.30 – 6.30pm.thSittingbourne Community College hosts our Sittingbourne Development Centre and we will be inviting boys at U6, U7, U8 and U9s to come along on Monday 15

All players will be coached to a very high standard by our FA qualified coaches, who are all CRB checked. Gillingham Football Club have 6 successful Development Centres currently running in Ashford, Canterbury, Dartford, Maidstone, Medway and Sittingbourne.
These centres are designed to provide the Academy in Canterbury with the new Under-9 age group. The Academy run's from Under 9 - Under 16, where at U16's decisions are made on players becoming part of our full time scholarship programme.
Although the main aim is to recruit players for our Academy, during their time at our Development Centres boys will still remain registered and can play with their local teams. We fully understand the importance of grassroots football and are keen to help develop players for the future whether they stay on with their local club or progress into the Academy.
