Throughout this season our match day programme has been a celebration of the 100 years since our club took on the Gillingham Football Club mantle from New Brompton but for this, our final home fixture of the 2012/13 campaign, against AFC Wimbledon, we’re ending the season in style!We have produced, even if we say so ourselves, a stunning 100-page souvenir special, which remains at just £3.00, and includes many great photos looking back over the promotion winning campaign.
As usual we bring you the exclusive thoughts of Chairman Paul Scally and Manager Martin Allen while the latter also talks exclusively to Phill Catterick in his first official programme interview.
This week’s issue sees skipper Adam Barrett write a Captains Corner, young midfielder Bradley Dack is put On The Spot while most of the playing staff get to talk about this season in ‘From the Horses’ Mouth’.
Richard Day not only reviews this record-breaking campaign but also takes a quick glance back at previous promotions while there is the usual in depth look at our visitors plus match action from Torquay and Cheltenham.
There is also the opportunity for you to vote for the Gills ‘Goal of the Season’ – we bring you the shortlist that was selected by Martin Allen and his assistant John Schofield.
