LONDON BRONCOS BACK AT PRIESTFIELD

15 April 2013

Gills to host Super League rugby side London Broncos this summer

Although the Gills play their final home league game this coming Saturday, you won't have to wait long for some more top sporting action at MEMS Priestfield.

Priestfield will be the venue for the Broncos ‘On the Road’ game against Super League Grand Finalists Warrington Wolves on Saturday 8 June 2013.

The game will be the Broncos second outing at Gillingham, the first of which being last season’s match against Hull FC, which attracted a strong attendance for the London club.

Gills chairman Paul Scally is looking forward to bringing Super League Rugby back to Priestfield again saying:

“I am delighted that we are able to welcome the London Broncos back to Priestfield in the summer. It will be a great sporting occasion and I hope that as many Kent Rugby fans as possible will turn out to support them.”

London Broncos Chief Executive Gus Mackay added:

“We are pleased to be taking the game back to Gillingham to build on last season’s on the road game at the Priestfield Stadium.

“We hope that this year’s game will attract an even bigger attendance and that we attract further supporters from Kent.

“The club continues to strive for new audiences and spread the game to new people in the south east.”

Tickets for the game will be on sale shortly (in advance) at the following prices.
