Gillingham supporters have been given an initial allocation of 500 tickets for the game, which are situated behind the goal in the North Stand.
Tickets go on sale to Season Ticket Holders on Wednesday 4 December, with the remainder going on general sale from Wednesday 11 December.
Colchester United operate a progressive pricing structure, so prices will increase as the fixture gets closer. Details of pricing and date changes are listed below:
