Rainham Girls to head to Millwall for Area Finals....
Good luck to the team from Rainham School for Girls who are taking part in the Area Finals of the npower Football League Girls Cup tomorrow.
The Area Finals are being hosted by Millwall FC and the team will be representing Gillingham FC and will face local tournament winners representing AFC Wimbledon, Charlton, Crystal Palace, Dagenham & Redbridge, Leyton Orient, Millwall and Southend.
In preparation for the Area Finals the team received a coaching session at PlayFootball in Gillingham with Assistant Manager John Schofield.
The girls were put through their paces and given some last minute tips and advice that will hopefully see them progress through to the Regional Finals taking place next month.
We thank the venue for their hospitality and good luck to the team from everyone at Gillingham FC. We will let you know how they get on.
