The winners of our npower What’s Your Goal Competition have been announced, are you one of the lucky 5!
npower's What’s Your Goal competition was launched earlier this year to give Year 5 & 6 schoolchildren the opportunity to experience various roles within a busy football club.Over the last few months the Gills Community team have been busy visiting schools and talking to pupils about the various job opportunities available.
Pupils wishing to apply for the positions had to complete an application form explaining why they would be suitable for the roles on offer.
We were overwhelmed with the quality of the applications and the judges had an incredibly tough job making their selection but eventually the five positions were filled and the winners are:
Community Manager = Jordan Summerfield from Sittingbourne Community College
Community Manager = Ellie Curtis from The Robert Napier School
Community Coach = Jake Wells from Brompton Academy
Community Coach = Louis Lawlor from Aylesford School Sports College
PR Manager = Kyle Pont from Rainham Mark Grammar School
All five winners will be spending four days during the Easter Holidays, in their respective roles here at Gillingham Football Club, gaining an insight into life behind the scenes.
