Back the boys at Crawley and win big with SkyBet

With only one home side winning last week we are set for another action packed weekend of surprises in Sky Bet League One. Read on for Sky Bet’s take on Gillingham's chances this weekend.

Gillingham made it three draws in a row with a 1-1 result at home to Bristol City last weekend.  A trip to Broadfield Stadium is a chance for the Gills to repeat the only previous league meeting between these two at Crawley, when they won 2-1 two years ago.

A solid betting proposition for this game is for both teams to score.  Four of five Crawley games have seen both teams score and it's been the case in Gillingham's last three games.  All but one of Crawley's matches have finished with over 2.5 goals and with the Gills finding their scoring feet at this level,  the 10/11 on offer for over 2.5 goals should certainly be considered. Both teams to score is currently 8/11.

A first win of the season is certainly on the cards given Crawley have lost four of their seven matches against promoted teams since their own promotion at the start of last season. They've kept only one clean sheet in those games and, against any visitor, have won only three from 17 home games when conceding on home turf.  The Gills can be backed in the Draw No Bet market at 6/4.

Other reasons to bet:

•    Gillingham's last three matches have all finished all-square and seen both sides score
•    Since they were promoted, 13 of 15 Crawley draws have finished either 1-1 or 2-2
