Mark Patterson and Steve Lovell undergo quick and simple health checks as NHS visit MEMS Priestfield Stadium

In the last seven days Gillingham FC Coaches and Ex-Players, Mark Patterson and Steve Lovell, underwent quick and simple health checks to make sure they are on the right path to good health.

Healthcare professional Rachel Page visited MEMS Priestfield Stadium to complete some simple tests with the duo and speak to them about their general lifestyles and how to make sure they continue to look after themselves.

Mark commented: “I’m really pleased that Rachel could come in to see us today.  The checks were very quick and painless and I feel a lot better now for having them done.  It’s a great idea for them to come again on Friday (18th April) so the fans can take advantage as well.”

This coming Friday, before our home game against Tranmere Rovers, the NHS Health Check van will be based on Redfern Avenue from 1pm if you too would like to have a FREE check-up.  Please just click HERE for more details about the checks.

The Health Check team can always be contacted via the Freephone number (0800 061 2999) or by visiting
