Gillingham take on Leyton Orient this Saturday for the right to compete in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Southern Area Final against either Bristol City or Coventry.Peter Taylor's men will contest their first home match of the competition having won all three of their previous matches on the road against Stevenage,Colchester and Crawley respectively.
Gills defeated Orient 3-2 at MEMS Priestfield Stadium a fortnight ago in dramatic fashion with Cody McDonald striking in the dying seconds with Chris Dagnall having seemingly claimed a point for the visitors in stoppage time, and the team have since clinched a point at Bradford before extending their unbeaten run to four matches with a 2-2 draw against Port Vale.
Captain Doug Loft and the rest of the squad are just three games away from an appearance at Wembley, and to cheer the boys on we are looking to pack Priestfield as much as possible!
Ticket prices have been reduced for the game, and to add an extra incentive, anyone who does purchase a ticket for Saturday's game will gain free entry to the Gills Ladies home fixture against Charlton on December 7.
