An exciting opportunity has arisen within Gillingham Football Club’s Youth Academy to recruit a Youth Development Phase Coach.Gillingham FC has a proud history of developing home grown talent, some of whom are now playing in the first team, and also some now playing in the Premier League. We have a small but productive Category 3 Youth Academy that recently passed it Elite Player Performance Plan audit with flying colours.
We have a philosophy of developing and nurturing talented individuals in a positive environment encouraging freedom of expression.
The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity of embracing the philosophy of our Youth Academy, and will need to have the appropriate attitude, demeanour and personality that encourages self development of both players and themselves.
