BRADFORD V GILLINGHAM
Sky Bet League One
Coral Windows Stadium
Tuesday August 18
Kick-Off, 745pm

Team News:

Doug Loft (calf) remains out of action for at least another few days but Aaron Morris (knock) and Emmanuel Osadebe (calf) could return.

Cody McDonald (knee) will not be fit until Saturday at the earliest.

Manager Comments:

Justin Edinburgh – “It will be another tough game but we are learning all the time as a young group and we will go there and try to give a good account of ourselves.”

Phil Parkinson – “We have a lot of players who are behind in terms of minutes on the pitch. The pleasing thing, though, is we have a good age range. Plenty of the squad are in the mid to late 20s bracket.

There are a lot of things to work on, both for myself and the rest of the staff. But progress is being made.”

Previous Meetings:

The clubs last met at MEMS Priestfield Stadium on April 11 2015 when an excellent strike from on loan John Marquis sealed a 1-0 win for the Gills.

In total the teams have met on 45 occasions, Gillingham are well on top in the head to head statistics with 20 wins while Bradford have 12. The other 13 games have resulted in a draw.
