The second leg of Gillingham’s Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Southern Area Final against Bristol City will take place on Thursday January 29 (745 KO).The fixture, which will be televised live on Sky Sports, will see Steve Cotterill’s men take a two goal advantage to Ashton Gate having defeated Gills 4-2 in the first leg at MEMS Priestfield Stadium on Tuesday.
The winner of the tie will advance to the National Final at Wembley Stadium to take on either Walsall or Preston North End, the Saddlers having won the first leg of their match 2-0 at Deepdale on Wednesday.
