Recruitment opportunities have opened up in the Academy setup at Priestfield
A number of opportunities exist for Recruitment Officers to work in the Club's highly rated Academy that finished 4th in the recent audits of 54 "Category 3" professional club Academy's.Successful candidates would be looking to discover the next Bradley Dack, Callum Davies, Jack Payne, Ryan Bertrand or Matt Jarvis by focusing on the under 7's to under 16's age groups.
To apply for the role you must be available to work most weekends during the football season, have an understanding of grass roots football, and be prepared to learn the club philosophy regarding the recruitment and development of elite young players.
Staff are required to cover the following areas:
Medway
Maidstone
Ashford
Canterbury
Sittingbourne
