Gills will now travel to Concord Rangers on Tuesday, July 19
Gillingham will play Essex club Concord Rangers in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday night (July 19), after a previously arrange fixture against Braintree Town was postponed.
Manager Justin Edinburgh will take his first-team squad to the Aspect Arena for the fixture, the first of five warm-up matches on English soil ahead of the EFL League One opener at Southend United next month.
The game will kick-off at 7.45pm, with tickets costing £10 for adults and £5 for concessions (over-65s). Under-16s go free.
New Gills signing Billy Knott is linked to Rangers, having played for the club as a youngster.
Braintree confirmed the cancellation of the originally intended fixture on Sunday night, following drainage issues on their Avanti Stadium pitch.
Concord's stadium is located on Thames Road, Canvey Island, Essex, SS8 0HH.
