Latest signing described as a “very talented” footballer
Gillingham manager Justin Edinburgh today expressed his delight at the signing of midfielder Billy Knott.
The 23-year-old, who made 79 appearances for Bradford City during the last two seasons, joined the club on a two-year deal on Thursday.

“Billy’s a very talented footballer, with a real eye for the goal,” said Edinburgh. “He knows the league very well, having been a part of Bradford’s play-off run last season. He was also a major player in their great FA Cup campaign in 2015.
“I’m delighted to have beaten a lot of competition to secure Billy’s signature.”
