M20 motorway will be closed this weekend
Gillingham and Sheffield United supporters travelling to Sunday’s Sky Bet League One fixture at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium should be advised that the M20 motorway will be closed this weekend.
The busy motorway will shut between junctions 1 (start of motorway) and 4 (for A228 and West Malling) coast-bound and 4 and 2 (for M25 and Swanley) London-bound from 8pm on Friday, and remain closed until 6am on Monday.
Fans are advised to seek alternative routes to the MEMS Priestfield Stadium for the match. Kick-off for Sunday’s televised game is 2.15pm.
