Chairman Paul Scally has written a message to all Gills fans.
After Saturday’s game, which was played in the most horrific conditions against Wycombe, I would like to say a big thank you to all supporters who turned up. The attitude and atmosphere was 100% better than in previous games and the noise you created was fantastic.
The players reacted to the positive feeling of support from the crowd and in conditions which would have deterred many, you turned up in numbers and gave it your all.
Even when we were 2-0 down you got right behind the team and your backing was commendable.
Thanks very much. It is appreciated.
