Club Statement.
At a specially convened EGM of shareholders held last night at Priestfield Stadium, the resolution to remove Mr Michael Anderson as a Director of Gillingham Football Club under section 168(1) of the Companies Act 2006 was unanimously passed.
Mr Anderson ceases to be a Director of Gillingham Football Club Ltd with immediate effect.
