Jamie Raynor brings in Josh Oatham as Ladies Assistant Manager.
Gillingham Ladies have added to their management staff in the past week with the capture of former Charlton Athletic Coach, Josh Oatham.
Josh becomes Jamie Raynor’s Assistant Manager for Gills Ladies and has already started in his new role after leaving the Valley.
Speaking to the club’s official website Josh said: “I believe the decision to come here will be good for my development - it was a difficult decision [to leave Charlton] and it was a risk but I wanted a move to take me out of my comfort zone.
"For me, it's about using what I have learned and putting that into practice here. Jamie made me feel a big part of what we are trying to do and I think I can add a lot of value."
Boss Jamie Raynor added: "I'm really happy to bring Josh in as my Assistant; his CV speaks for itself after gaining promotion from our current league and coaching in the Championship this season."
