Gillingham Football Club is pleased to announce that an amicable resolution to its ongoing dispute with SA Law LLP has been reached. The terms of the agreement are confidential and subject to the court's approval which we expect to receive very shortly.
In light of the confidential nature of this settlement, we are unable to share any further details of the agreement that has been reached between the parties.
The club would like to thank SA Law for the manner in which it has approached discussions to reach a mutually agreeable resolution to the matter.
