MEMS Priestfield Stadium to host Kent Senior Cup Final in May.
The Football Club is delighted to be hosting the Kent Senior Cup Final on Wednesday May 3.
Chatham Town will play Margate at MEMS Priestfield Stadium, with kick-off on the night set for 7.45pm.
Margate beat rivals Ramsgate in the semi-finals with Chatham defeating Welling United. Gate last won the trophy in 2005 (in doing so secured a third successive victory) with Town's last triumph coming in 1919.
Chatham have been allocated the lower tier of the Magnus Search Medway Stand with Margate supporters situated in Gordon Road.
Gills last hosted the final in 2015 and made it to the final stage, welcoming Charlton Athletic to ME7. The Addicks ran out 1-0 winners on the day.
Darryl Haden, Chief Executive of the Kent FA said: “We are delighted that the Kent Senior Cup will return to Priestfield Stadium for the 2022 - 2023 Final.
"We provide 25 County Cup competitions across the youth and adult games and these finals will be played at the best facilities across Kent. This, along with the sponsorships with DFDS and The Merit Group, will provide a great experience for those involved in the finals.”
