Premier League opponents await the Gills in Carabao Cup second round.
Gillingham will play Luton Town at Kenilworth Road in the second round of the 2023/24 Carabao Cup.
The draw was made by Wes Morgan and Martin O’Neill live on Sky Sports, following the conclusion of the game between Burton Albion and Leicester City. It will see Neil Harris’ men take on a Premier League side with the Hatters having won the Championship play-off Final in May.
