Tickets now on sale for Gills League 1 opener against Lincoln.
We are pleased to be able to confirm that match tickets ahead of our first Sky Bet League 1 fixture of the 2021/22 season against Lincoln are now on sale.
The game takes place at MEMS Priestfield Stadium on Saturday August 7 with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.
Lincoln lost in the League 1 Play-Off Final last season, losing 2-1 to Blackpool at Wembley in May.
Last season the Gills lost 3-0 at home to Michael Appleton's side, but returned the favour earlier this year by winning by the same scoreline at the LNER Stadium.
After acheiving such a strong crowd for the visit of Millwall in pre-season, the club cannot wait to welcome as many people as possible to ME7 for the opening league game. This will be the first time since February 29 2020 that the Gills will be able to welcome supporters for a competitive fixture.
