Defender Leon Legge puts pen to paper on a two year deal
Gills centre-half Leon Legge has completed the formalities on his permanent move from League One Brentford and put pen to paper on a two year contract at Priestfield.The 27 year-old defender has been a permanent fixture in the Gills back-four since joining on an initial one month loan from the Bees on New Year’s Day.
Leon made his debut in the 1-0 win over Southend United at Roots Hall and has since helped the team to three clean sheets from his first five appearances for the club.
His new contract will keep him at Priestfield until the end of the 2014/15 season.
