MEMS agree new four year deal with Gillingham FC to continue sponsorship agreement

Gillingham FC are delighted to confirm that MEMS Power Generation will continue as the club's main sponsor for the next four seasons.

The deal was announced at Saturday's `Player of the Year` event at Priestfield Stadium, taking MEMS new agreement until the end of the 2017-18 season.

Colin Jarvis, the company's Chairman, and Paul Scally, both took to the stage to talk of their pride at continuing a strong relationship between the two parties.

MEMS took over as sponsors at the start of the 2011-12 season, and have been an integral part of the club's successes both on and off the field.

The final year of their new deal is of extra significance to the company, as they will be celebrating their 40-year anniversary as Colin explained on the evening.

He said: "We have had a marvellous three years and it has gone by so quick.

“It will be the 40th anniversary of our company and it is big for us. We want to have a nice celebration at the end of it and I think four years is a good deal."

Paul Scally added: “This is one of the biggest sponsorships we have had in the club’s history and it is worth over half a million, over four years, which is a huge commitment by MEMS.”

We would like to thanks MEMS for their hard work and support over the last three years, and we look forward to the next four seasons working together.
