Mark Patterson's development side will take on Charlton Athletic at the end of April in the Kent Senior Cup Final

Gillingham will play Charlton Athletic in the final of the Kent Senior Cup at MEMS Priestfield Stadium on Thursday April 30 (7.45pm).

Mark Patterson's side defeated Margate on penalties in the semi-final while the Addicks overcame Ramsgate in their fixture.

Gills beat Dartford and Tonbridge along the way to the Final and will now be hoping to claim a piece of silverware which the club haven't won since 1948.

The Addicks, who won the competition in 2013, are currently 11th in the Sky Bet Championship and will be managed on the night by former Premier League striker Jason Euell.

Ticket information for the game will be announced in due course.
