We can confirm that Cheye Alexander has left the Gills after the club, along with the player, decided to terminate his contract by mutual consent.
Cheye, 29, joined Gillingham in the summer of 2022 on a two-year contract and scored four times in 76 appearances in all competitions.
He recently made his international debut for Saint Lucia in a 2-1 win over Guadeloupe.
