The club's U17s will take on Portsmouth in a PDL Cup tie at Sheppey United's Holm Park on Tuesday December 2.
Kick-Off will be at 6:45pm.
Both clubs progressed from their group stages with Gills runners-up in Group E, while Portsmouth won Group F.
The winner will progress to the next knockout phase. If the scores are level after 90 minutes then extra-time will be played.
