The Football Club is currently welcoming applications for the position of Academy Psychologist / Player Care Manager. 

The aim of the role is to provide a coordinated approach to the overall safety and wellbeing of players and staff in the Academy, to be responsible for the management and delivery of the Personal Development and Life Skills Plan for all Academy Players; the Induction and Transition Strategy; Equalities, Diversity, and Inclusion plans. 

In addition to other aspects of the Club’s Duty of Care, including mental and emotional wellbeing of Academy players and staff.
