Details ahead of Gills cup tie at Crawley have been announced.
The details for Gills first round Carabao Cup tie at Crawley Town have been confirmed.
The draw was made on June 24 and it will see Steve Evans return to his former club, where he was manager between 2007 and 2012.
Gills will head to The People's Pension Stadium on Tuesday August 10 (7.30pm). The club reached the third round of last year's competition, eventually being eliminated by Stoke City.
