The Club is delighted to announce the creation of a Fan Advisory Group. Its goal will be to further improve communication between the Club and supporters, and to give fans more involvement in discussions and decision making that affect their matchday experience.
The group will consist of a small number of supporters that is representative of our fanbase, who will meet regularly with Club personnel to engage in meaningful dialogue about improvements in fan engagement. Representatives of the Club’s Executive Team will be in attendance, as well as from operations, commercial and other relevant departments, depending on the topics being discussed. Members will be encouraged to gather and share feedback from other supporters in addition to their own.
We invite interested supporters to apply by emailing Director of Operations Sophie Harding on sharding@gillinghamfc.com. Please give a brief explanation why you would like to be involved and what you feel you might contribute to the group. Submissions are due by 1 December 2026. We look forward to working together.
