The club can confirm that Kadeem Harris will spend a lengthy spell on the sidelines after rupturing his ACL at Fleetwood Town on Saturday afternoon.
Kadeem was stretchered off after 70 minutes at Highbury when the ground made way under his foot, causing his knee injury. He was replaced by Conor McManus.
Our medical staff will begin a rehabilitation program with Kadeem immediately.
Manager Gareth Ainsworth said: “Kadeem was one of our star signings in the summer window so to now be without of a player of his calibre, quality and professionalism is a huge loss to the group.
“He will be sorely missed during this time but we wish him a full and speedy recovery and I have no doubt he will come back an even stronger character than he already is.
“Our thoughts are with him and our medical staff will continue to monitor his situation to ensure he recovers properly.”
