The club is delighted to confirm the signing of goalkeeper Lennon MacLorg.
The 20-year-old arrives at MEMS Priestfield Stadium having left Charlton Athletic and joins Ollie Wright and Taite Holtam in our goalkeeping setup.
Maclorg started playing at a local level before being signed by Rochdale. Following his scholarship program, he returned to the South-East in 2024, signing a contract with Charlton but had loan spells with both Braintree and Whitehawk to gain first-team experience.
While at The Valley, Lennon was part of the side that won the U18’s Professional Development League Two and kept three clean sheets in his first four games for the club.
Lennon, a Gillingham supporter, was delighted to get his deal signed, saying: "I have grown up my whole life supporting this team and when I heard about it I was just buzzing to get it done.
"I can't wait."
