The club can confirm that Lenni Cirino has signed a contract extension at MEMS Priestfield Stadium which runs until the end of the 2025/26 season.
The left-back joined the Gills on a short-term deal in pre-season and has so far featured in nine games, scoring one goal. That came in the 4-1 win over Chesterfield at ME7 in August.
His last appearance was in the 3-3 draw against Shrewsbury in November but subsequently suffered an injury which kept him out for several weeks.
Speaking to the club website, Lenni said: "There was no other place where I wanted to be; the fans have been brilliant with me when I've played and all of the boys are great.
"I am feeling good; I am back on the grass and progressing very well so it shouldn't be too long before I am back on the pitch."
An interview with Lenni will appear on our YouTube channel, and website, in due course.
